Check whether the fixing screws are tight before use. Whether the protective cover of each transmission part is complete and effective. Solution: the straightener presses the reverse switch to exit the steel pipe, and manually handle the welding scar or dead bend on the steel pipe; if the motor does not rotate, check whether there is phase loss in the three-phase voltage; if the motor does not rotate or is weak due to low voltage, solve the problem according to the actual situation; if the belt is loose, the belt tension can be appropriately adjusted.

Solution: if the jack screw is loose, the jack screw should be tightened, and the square key should be re installed if the square key is lost. The paint cannot be applied evenly in the center of the pipe due to poor paint flow. Maintenance methods: rotate the flow knob of the liquid pump to adjust the flow rate; adjust the paint concentration according to the manual paint brushing concentration; adjust the position of the brush through the brush positioning screw or replace the new brush.
